Fatuka Management Shuttle & Tours CC is a Close Corporation registered under Namibian law, registered with the Business and Intellectual Property Authority (BIPA) of the Republic of Namibia.

Namibia Tourism Board (NTB)

The company is registered with the Namibia Tourism Board as a tourism enterprise; the NTB registration mark is displayed on fatuka.com.

VAT

• Passenger transport services are exempt from VAT in Namibia (Value-Added Tax Act 10 of 2000); no VAT is charged, deducted or shown on quotes or invoices for these services.

4. Service description and prices

Fatuka Management Shuttle & Tours CC offers safe, reliable and professional passenger transport throughout Namibia: airport transfers, shuttle services, executive travel, guided tours and group transport, as well as city tours, corporate and conference travel, wedding transport, school and community transport, and bus, 4x4 and car rental. Our vehicles are comprehensively insured.

This section exists specifically to meet section 34 of the Electronic Transactions Act 4 of 2019, under which anyone who offers goods or services for sale, hire or exchange online must make available to the consumer, on the website, a sufficient description of the goods or services, the full price including all transport costs, taxes and fees, and the supplier's full contact details. If this information is not made available, the consumer may cancel the transaction within the statutory period and reclaim any payment made.

In line with this requirement: the scope of each transfer and its full price are shown before booking in the online booking process, confirmed again in the written quote, and itemised on the invoice. Full contact details are set out in section 2 above.
